Not good news at all. Third round of the fa cup would screw our league form up another month.

Diabolical. All the focus on the fa cup just like I said earlier in the week. Players couldn't give two sh*ts about the league . May as well play the kids against Maidstone Tuesday to rest players for Halifax at home if that's all that matters. Bottlers.

Narrow loss for me. Unless there is a drastic improvement on recent home form.

I honestly don't know how we managed to get the three points tonight, but we got them and make no mistake about it this game was vital. Aldershot were missing a quality striker;apart from that a very good side. Coulson and Taylor again were not up to pace,Bondz Ngala and Essam head and shoulders above the rest. Ronnie also proved he can mix things up tactically (although away from home 4-3-3 is very attacking) On to Chester now, let's get a good run together.

We can't hold on to a lead and constantly play 4-4-2 through the whole game even if we have a 2-0 lead and start being under the cosh. It's Ronnie's problem here as he doesn't change anything tactically. Also, the focus on the fa cup rather than the league is a factor. Get to the third round of the cup,be knocked out by a championship club or finish top 5? I know what I would prefer but it seems most fans and maybe players only really care about the fa cup. This will be proved by 800 going to swindon and 250 max going to Aldershot (closer than swindon) for a league game. Priorities all wrong.

I can't even begin to explain how baffled I am by your constant backing of Beano Rendel. A striker who doesn't have the confidence to shoot and constantly drifts out wide is no good to anyone.

1 up then play 3 up front including Bird out wide. Nice one.

The league is much more important than the cup,has everyone forgot what happened after our cup run last year? Strongest team possible against York all day long.

It's not a definite for the Tuesday yet,TV will decide that. And as for 800 plus away fans you must be joking? We will do well to get 250

Hasn't been pulling up trees to be honest. Great build up play and gets past his man,but that's where it ends,no real end product.

3rd top scorers in the league we may be BUT nearly a third have come from our defenders and Coulson,Drury,Howells and an own goal the other third at least. That's a poor return from the strikeforce. Imagine if we had those goals coming from the strikers?!

Its not just about current form,he's one of the bigger earners I presume and that goal he scored saturday was his only goal since last February at forest Green.
