Is on Monday at 7.45pm.
It’s not the first time we have been in the hat, when we drew against Bolton in 2016 us/bolton got a game at home to Leeds
Nothing to fear from Newport in the replay

Eastleigh/Newport v Man Utd will surely be a TV game?
Wonder if they will designate it as such before our game with Newport.

Probably the worst draw possible, minimal chance of Man U causing an upset v either team, all the headaches re ticketing, organisation and anticipation for very little financial rewards. Away would have set us up for life.

Could always switch it to Old Trafford...doubt we will though.

Im not convinced that's true. If the police advise, or if a non league team getting this far didnt have floodlights etc, then i'm sure a switch would be permitted.

Havant played Millwall at Pompey around 2 or 3 years after that article from memory

Yeading v Newcastle 2005 at QPR, that isn't to say bluenwhite isn't correct. In my eyes it's something to seriously consider. We don't stand to gain much from hosting Manchester United, it will be a sell out if its £100 a ticket. We don't get new fans on board for future, just a headache all over, same for Newport I presume

Groundswitch to OT wouldn't be allowed so the only other option would be to play it at St Marys.
I would be totally against this, think it would massively take away from the occasion. Doubt we would make more £££ out of it as well. What would the game get at St Marys, 15K? Would be lower ticket prices, would lose all bar/corporate money. 350 people paying £100+ for executive etc and we'd lose a chance of getting a result.
Could we draw against Man U, probably not, but its a lot more likely at ten acres. Exeter and Crawley have both drawn v Man U in the cup, it can't be ruled out.
And we are in the national league FFS, it would be proper tinpot to move it. Stoneham v Man Utd to switch to Sat Marys, fair enough (police would likely insist), but play the tie at ten acres.
Of course there is a rather big if first.....

Best financial outcome is play at SilverStad & the game be televised live. Even better financial outcome is play at SilverStad, the game be televised live & draw the game & get a replay at Old Trafford!
