Having read yesterday about the new drone exclusion zone regulations - ie a 5 km radius no fly zone around airports - it just occurred to me to wonder if this will stop the club or anyone else taking unmanned aerial shots of the stadium. I suppose the obvious answer is yes but does anyone know for sure? There could, for example, be provision to apply for temporary exemptions for publicity, broadcast or press filming or photos.

wouldn't have thought so. the best thing is to use a bit of common sense and just crack on with things. loved the air shot of the ground that was done a few months ago. looked brilliant. If we had to apply for a license etc then I doubt we'd have bothered and the shot wouldn't have been taken and the people that enjoyed the photo wouldn't have done
don't see it as a big issue for eastleigh fc
