Predictable, but very sad news. He deserves a very big thanks. He has been terrific.

Yeah, let's give him a big sendoff on Saturday - one of the best keepers I've seen here.
Will be hard to replace.... but I assume that his decision has come as no surprise, so we're on the case.

He has been immense for us but completely understandable why he wants to return to SAFC. Best keeper I can remember EFC having in my 12 years supporting the club. Without him, we'd be nowhere near as high in the NL as we are. Many thanks for your time at Eastleigh, Max, and the best of luck for the rest of your career. I'm sure many of us will follow your future developments with interest.

IIRC we've had success with loan keepers from league teams over the ears with David Wilkinson, Jack Dovey, Michael Poke as well as Max doing well for us so perhaps we could try and find another no 2 or no 3 keeper from the leagus again.

Great keeper one the best we have seen at Eastleigh for a while. Now have look at Saints or Bournemouth one of the local teams for a GK and other positions,Never understood why we don't look at these local FL/prem teams youth players more
