Was Childs any good on Tuesday? I would presume his current distance from the current team is dependant on how much AH knows about him / rates him because neither he or RH were at the club when Childs made his breakthrough. Flitney has made some abysmal decisions and errors in recent games, mistakes someone of his age and experience should not be making, so I would personally give Childs another crack. Unless there are any injuries, I can't picture the rest of the lineup being much different unless Hollands gets the nod over Togwell... Maybe Cressy if he is 100% fit as I felt Boyce made some odd decisions against Hartlepool. Childs Hoyte Cressy Ayo Wood Matthews Togwell Miley Yeates Zebroski Williamson Tempted to put Matthews in the center and Broom out wide instead of Togwell, but I feel taking experience out is a dodgy experience and will lead to more leakiness!

A tweet from Graham Stack suggests he may be back tomorrow. Spitfires training at Port Vale today, early meet up with Call Howe.

They have the league's top scorer in their line up. Against our sieve of a defence.

I not sure given our current form that Child's would be put straight in, especially when we have a keeper with Stack's expierience. I do rate him but think he should be picked if we have nothing to play for in the last few games. My prediction on line up is Stack Hoyte Cressy Boyce Wood Matthew Togwell Miley Yeates Zebroski Williamson

Was Childs any good on Tuesday? I thought he played quite well considering how little game time he's had - his kicking wasn't very good (found touch with a few of his clearances) and he could possibly be faulted for their first goal, although the defenders rather let Taylor pick his spot (inside Childs' near post) rather than trying to tackle him. Didn't have too many saves to make otherwise, but did what he had to do competently enough. I'd say he needs a bit more 'easing in' to the side yet, so I'd definitely go with Stack if he's fit enough. I'd still have Stack as first choice anyway. Not sure Cresswell is ready for a starting place yet either, so I'd probably pick our Player Of The Month instead with Boyce.

Could have gone 10th if we held on. Good effort though. Play offs are certainly a possibility still.
