Hey guys hope your all keeping well.Difficult one to fathom is young Mr Broom,he's been on the fringes of the first team squad for about 3 years but never been given the opportunity of a decent run in the side.I see he's reported as being a midfielder? He's actually played as a right winger or right back for us and is a versatile player for sure. For me,I don't think he'll make it as a league player,he doesn't have exceptional pace and doesn't have a trick in his armoury to be a decent winger, more likely to excel as a right back from what I've seen of him(which is about 6 appearances in total,so not a lot) but I hope I'm completely wrong and he turns out to be a revelation for you.More likely to just be a squad filler though going by what your manager has said.Sorry to be rather downbeat about the lad,but I wish him and Eastleigh f.c. all the very best for the remainder of the season.

I think I read just this month? Might be wrong. I imagine that could be extended if he does well. Doesn’t sound like he’s getting much game time for Bristol so makes sense, if he’s playing, to stay here until end of season.

Thanks for the info, Gasboff. Could be a useful player, let's see what position we play him, and how much game time he gets. I'm not sure we always get the most out of our loan players. He's already been on loan to Bath and Taunton, I see.
Good luck with the rest of your season too, you've done well back in the FL since you played at the Silverlake, as we expected.

Yes just the 1 month initially, but as you say extend to the end of the season if you like him.Hes out of contract in the summer so it would be a great opportunity to put himself in the shop window and even earn a contract with yourselves.Very early days yet though.

Gasboff not only did Ryan score today but also my favourite ex Spitfire Joe Partington. Good to see him being a regular for the Gasheads and hope he continues to play well.

Sounds like he does not really have a future at Bristol Rovers then? I think there must be a good chance we will extend the loan to the end of the season
