That is on January 6th-doesn't allow much room for error.
Might humbly suggest that Hartlepool on the 27th would be more likely

Bournemouth haven't touched their ground yet, instead they're concentrating on establishing themselves as a premier league team on the pitch. If they go down they know full well that any expansion will all be wasted.

Why will it be wasted? If Bournemouth go down they'll be looking to go back up, surely that's more likely to happen if they can get gates of 20,000 rather than 12. Even if they stay in the championship they could easily be looking forward to games against Southampton, Brighton, Portsmouth, cup games etc. If I was a Bournemouth fan I would absolutely want a bigger ground no matter what happened on the pitch. Its not as if they can't afford it either.

Ground is looking great, the new stand will be a welcome addition and I'm sure it will be a good view.
Assuming the next stage will be to extend the other side of the blue stand with seats?
Still hard to believe around 14-15 years ago the ground was tree lined with a small wooden stand where the current blue one is today.

As far as I’m aware the next phase of planning is indeed to extend to the new clubhouse. In the same planning application we are applying for a permanent stand in the mackoy with bars underneath in a concourse, very exciting times ahead, it’s great seeing the ground build up. Excited to see the team up the right end of the table very soon...

Great news, still plenty of developments to make the ground decent but the improvements have been extremely good. Some praise for the club and especially SD funding the redevelopments.
Do we know if the green stand will be terracing or remain seating with a concourse below?

SD hinted at standing in the mackoy. Perhaps safe standing, I’m not sure. Either way it was suggested it would be standing so we will see. I think the planning is due to go in early this year so we might get some plans available to see soon

Concrete terracing inside the actual structure (no need for new planning approvals ) changing rooms for both teams below, bars as well for home fans below, and as this is to be the new home end for the EFC fans, the teams emerge from this end also. What l ask you could be better ?

It's probably the same fans saying the same things about both clubs, just swap the names each time and check you have the right one before you press send. Trouble is they all watch sky sports and think that it's all about winning every game, if they don't win they will moan if they do win they will save the moaning until the next defeat or find a club that has lost and moan about them. Truth be told the fans at Premier League level are not important, it's all about the owners making money and nowadays they make an awful lot, slightly different at our level at the moment but will no doubt follow the same pattern.
