Just to change the threads as i am too getting bored of the current squabbling that's on here, at last the new seats are going in or should be nearly done very soon, maybe me but it seems along time that the extension has taken, not criticism of course as things take time but just be nice once that bit is opened. As has been stated before at some point the other side of the original blue stand will be done and that side will be cracking.

Do we know when it will be ready? Really looking forward to it opening, is the Boxing Day game with Torquay too soon?

Doesn’t look far off being finished now. I’d say 70% of the seats are in now so could even be finished sometime this week. It’s the standing area that looks like it needs finishing off but with some dry weather I’d say 10-14 days from completion.
So exciting seeing this ground being built up for the future. Onwards and upwards!

The way things are going won't have any fans to sit in the seats

Likely news this week via the club's media channels about the new stand. Area underneath incorporates gym & treatment room for the players. Things are getting on a more professional footing for them.

The way things are going won't have any fans to sit in the seats Correct. Progress on the pitch equals progress off it, never ever the other way around.

The way things are going won't have any fans to sit in the seats To be honest I was, despite all the doom and gloom around the terraces, surprised to see we can still pull in over 1700 spectators.

There were about 1300 inside by ground, by my estimate. Don't forget number includes season-ticket holders, whether they turned up or not.
73 from Bromley.
I thought 1300 wasn't bad considering the cold and our current form. Perhaps we'll get a few more coming if we have a few more 4-4s :-)

Along with those two additions, I understand that there is to be a Post Office where the players can draw their pensions and a representative from Age Concern two days a week. The managers office will be moved to this area and will incorporate a number of rose tinted glasses and a direct link to Excuses4U. The Chairman will plant a number of money trees to brighten up the place.

Maybe both projects were meant to run side by side equally Agreed one has hit the skids but no point halting the stadium project aswell otherwise its two down and none to go !

What businessman in their right mind rents out more office space than he needs? Common sense tells you that you build a performing business first before going all Trump Towers.
