and we are not certain to lose our next two games; in fact I'll be bolder than that, I bet we won't lose our next 2 games, and when we don't I'll post TOLD YOU SO on here.

Just shows though how utter jack sh.it the average Eastleigh fan knows about football though. Count the hill out posts on the other thread and now ask them to verify their opinions. Why people even pretend they know what they’re talking about makes me laugh. Delusions/illusions of grandeur I think it’s called.

Absolute brilliant result today. Have to say I didn't have any faith they would get anything after Tuesday. Solihull got tonked 0v4 today by Fylde, underlining how abject that mid week performance was. Credit Hill and the team for responding to this but I won't be getting my hopes up of any particular run or flirtation with the play offs happening. Yeates need to feature in the first 11 now.

That's the thing about a mid table side, on its day it can beat the best, on an off day it can lose to the worst. The key thing now is to get a couple of the injured back, inject a bit of pace somewhere, somehow and quick, put together a little run, starting with Chester next week, and all of a sudden all things will appear possible. Truth is we 'aint that great, but we are not that terrible either - granted some of the recent performances have been abject.

Presumably Scott Wilson turned in a fantastic performance and made the point that we should have mortgaged the main stand to keep him? No? Oh well. My schedule restricted me to local footy and I watched Pompey v Bradford which was a decent game and an enjoyable result. So yet again, big congratulations to our awful management team and our miserably inadequate players for your unexpected success.
