Silly to start calling for his head but he and his assistant Wilson (probably on big money) have a lot to do now.

Two weeks a go the team beat Swindon away and he was hailed a hero. It's not good enough in the league really not good enough but chopping and changing a manager mid season is not going to help. Give it to the end of the season.

A big improvement on today and quickly please!
Don't think all the players in/out has helped things either.
CT should have departed at the end of last season. Had RM been brought in at the start of the summer I am virtually certain we would be in a better position than we are now. Still that is all in the past.
Can't see how Ronnie leaving at this stage is going to help results, could well make things worse.
P21 W10 D8 L3 so far for RM just to get a little perspective on things.

If John Akinde is quoted at £1m it has to be seriously considered surely? That is all we are really lacking and I'd be confident of getting a PO spot with him in our team. I'll go further by suggesting if Lincoln win the league that would probably be to our advantage as whoever the other three PO teams were, we'd be favourites to climb up to the FL. Yesterday was a one off fluke result and I thought the referee gave Chester everything as well. Maidstone can't come soon enough, the players need to get yesterday out of their system. Hopefully RM does not make big changes from the starting 11 yesterday, we need to see a settled 11 apart from injuries and suspensions til the New Year and review things through the January transfer window. Chester threw bodies everywhere yesterday and to be honest they defended very well, it was a real smash and grab raid...job done, on their coach and home with the three points!!!

Chester threw bodies everywhere yesterday and to be honest they defended very well, it was a real smash and grab raid...job done, on their coach and home with the three points!!! £1m.....in the conference....for one player....with average gates of around 2,000! Come on, let's be real. Unless you are putting the money in yourself? I don't know how these sums can be justified when next summer a crop of good players will no doubt be around for frees, or a dam site less than £1m. Sign a striker yes, but if Stewart has that sort of money to burn then I think it would be better spent on the pitch. No idea how you can say if Lincoln were to go up as champions we would be favourites in the playoffs. On what evidence??? Playoffs is still achievable but at the moment we are miles off looking like a team that can put a run together. Yes we need a goal scorer, but beyond that we just don't look like a team, it's just a bunch of strangers playing in blue shirts. Agree we need consistency of selection....Essam imo can feel very harshly done by to lose his place yesterday. In midfield we lack creativity. Would like to see Stearn down the right, after all he is very, very right footed. I understand what Taylor gives us in midfield but given that we can't seem to break sides down at home perhaps he should only be an automatic starter when we play away? Very frustrating at the moment. Ronnie needs to start proving that he really is the best manager in non league football.

Let's get back to the realms of reality. Are you seriously suggesting that Stewart should spend £1 million pounds of his children's inheritance on ONE player? I was shocked to see that he pulled £60,000 out of the hat for a player this week. If we don't make the play offs it's not the end of the world. Personally, I am grateful to see National League football at the Silverlake. It's time to take step back, look at what investment has gone into the club, and be grateful for what we've got.

I realise it is SD's money and he will do whatever he thinks is right for his club, and not to put too fine a point on it....he does have that sort of loose change to buy one player of £1m...he is a wealthy chairman by any stretch of the imagination, but obviously he wants to work within the business plan he has laid out for the club, just saying though he could if he wanted, to purchase a player at that price.

We don't need more signings, how many players have we signed in the last 6 months, 20? this team should be good enough for the top 5

Time for our no doubt we'll paid manager to start earning his money rather than blaming the team or asking for new signings. We simply should not be getting turned over at home 0v3 to Chester (a part-time playing squad). We should be getting much more out of our full time squad who are already here, lots have football league experience.

We need a quality striker so we have to be in the market to sign one, without that sorted we aren't quite the complete team we should be.

No worries - after Luke Coulson is sold for £1m after appearing in the V9 programme, we can then go and buy a striker ;-P
RM is entitled to rebuild the squad to a certain extent, and he has - I wonder how far he thinks he's come with it? Also, the squad needs a few games to settle down and play his way. Patience is still needed. How much I can't say.
There were three new players in the team between the York game and yesterday (Brown, N'Gala and Stearn). It's asking a bit much to expect them all to fit in immediately.
Having said that. I didn't enjoy our performance yesterday.
