If we are lucky enough to get to the Play offs the 2nd legs as it currently stands would mean; Forest Green away on a Saturday at 7.30pm or Grimsby away on a Sunday again at 3pm. Great for people that only use public transport. The home game would be a 7pm too. www.thenationalleague.org.uk/news/details.php?news_id=17617

7pm kick offs are a farce, for Play Off Semi-Finals! Absolutely no need for it. TV scheduling is ruining our game and more importantly is destroying the fans ability to travel to and from games at a reasonable time.

At least this year it's been sorted nice and early, last year it was an absolute farce of a last minute announcement. Good job gateshead can't make the play offs!

Thank you for posting the times and dates for the playoffs. If we get that far then i was a bit worried that the final might clash with my honeymoon.

TV scheduling is ruining our game and more importantly is destroying the fans ability to travel to and from games at a reasonable time. Just as well we don't support a Premier League team then. The way their games are changed to all sorts of different days & times is a very good reason not to support one. With the money from Sky/BT it would only seem fair for away fans to be coached to the games for free & get free admission when the game is on TV. We've only been on TV once so far this season so can't complain too much. Still think there is a chance our game v Tranmere could be changed for TV, even at this late stage.

I believe they only pay clubs about £5k each anyway. They really shouldn't have the power to change KO times/dates, for such paltry sums of money. I wish the owners of the clubs would all get together and jointly stick 2 fingers up to BT Sports & the FA, and refuse to play at these times. I'm sure quite a few fans will boycott them, but there will never be enough doing that. We are breeding sheep. Where's Citizen Smith when you need him...

If we do make the playoffs I think it very likely we'll be 5th.
7.30 on a Saturday is a strange one!

I have a bigger problem, with us not making the play offs. If we have to play at 2.00AM on a Sunday in Hong Kong, then great - we made the play offs. I understand why everyone hates the kick offs and changes, but this is 2016, and it's the way it is. And you know what? it ain't going to change, anytime soon.

It will only change if people stand up and unite against it, bring on the revolution brother. Liverpool and others have stood up against ST price hikes etc and they got those decisions reversed, why can't the same be achieved here? You have hope if you have numbers backing you, but sadly, too many people drop their shoulders and just say oh well never mind, i'll go along with it & i'll pay up anyway. Sheep i tell thee, sheep.

If the game went to extra time and penalties it would finish around 10-05pm, that's good for the away fans on a Saturday night is it? There is no question in my mind this game should be a 3pm kick off. I don't get why the league is encouraging all fans to purchase Wembley tickets for the play off final at a bargin price to help fans afford them, yet show such disregard to the away fans for this particular semi-final travelling, they should have told BT that a 7-30pm kick off on a Saturday evening is a non starter. The only non league games that day will be play offs, the fans of those teams playing will turn out to support their sides, so the league could let BT show this game at 3pm...there is no excuse.

It's one play off game, get over it. If you really wanted to go then you would do whatever it takes to be there.

You are correct , it is only one game. But so is Woking away at 5.30 (why) and Gateshead away on a Tuesday in February (announced in original fixtures)
It's people like you that are letting football in this country go to the dogs.

Sadly, people will play right into BT Sports hands.....they might boycott that match, or even not boycott it at all, but will not go because they cant get home that evening!....or they cant afford to stay in a hotel over night. But they will watch the game on TV......The TV company wins!
