Keep an eye on social media tomorrow. I'm in Torquay now and it is hammering it down here and has been for a few hours now. Not mwant to stop till 6am and thunder due tomorrow afternoon.

I'm also in Torquay right now. I'm absolutely drenched, most roads here are flooded. I'm crossing my fingers; but honestly, it doesn't look good!

Indeed yes but ground us up the hill so maybe will be on fingers crossed, we ate in premier hotel on seafront, and blowing a gale

lol, you'll never live it down erc...what fella shouts out the names of two men when he's doing that!!!!!! For the record, they are the centre half and centre forward at Barnet.

I have just been up to the ground. The Groundsmen had been working on it last night and this morning using the tractor to verti-drain the whole pitch. Chris said that there are a few puddled areas that he is working on but at the moment he is reasonably confident that if we do not get any more heavy prolonged rain then there should not be a problem. Sun is currently shining, so fingers crossed.
