Tuesday as our midweek home match day doesn't work for me at all. Currently almost impossible for me to attend. Wednesday would be MUCH better for me. Could be I am in a minority of 1 on this one, and if so I'll accept that is just the way it is, but it does occur to me there may be others, and you don't lose anything by asking, so are you all happy playing Tuesday or is there anyone like me, would much prefer a Wednesday?

Most conference midweek games are Tuesdays, the only ones that are Wednesdays really are either because of groundshares or television coverage.dont think we really have an option.

isn't it because of the recovery time? 4 days if a player is slightly injured seems good enough time, I might be wrong.

Why don't we go back to playing midweek games on a Monday night?? Plenty of recovery time till next Saturday then. National League South know how to do it!!

Not so much from the Saturday to Monday though.
I would be very surprised if national league rules specify the day for midweek games.
Tuesday is definitely a better day for me personally, though I suppose there is potentially some mileage in the idea of moving to weds when less games are on.

I think that Tuesday means that except during Bank Holiday periods there is more than 72 hours between successive games. I think that when we played midweek home matches on Monday the lack of recovery time was one of the reasons we changed back.

There is probably some degree of argument to avoid Tuesdays, given that there is generally "TV football" on Tuesday nights that might deter people to actually get off their ar5e and go watch Eastleigh FC. Having said that, there is also TV football pretty much every day of the week. We are over saturated with TV football and all of it will inevitably have an impact on live attendances throughout the country.

Personally I like Tuesdays. Mondays are no good for me and Wednesdays would be a rush. Going by the attendance numbers for the last two Tuesdays I don't think we have a problem.

"We" might not, but sadly I do. Seems that most other people are happy though so, at least for this season, I will be missing your company on Tuesday.
